Decision finding inapplicability: Consultation of the Advisory Committee

Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation 1/2003, prior to taking a decision under Article 10, the Advisory Committee must be consulted.

Consultation may also take place by written procedure (ref. Article 14(4) of Regulation 1/2003), but in case any Member State so requests, the Commission has to convene a meeting.
