Empowerments relating to the Leniency Notices

There exist three different Leniency Notices, adopted respectively in 1996, 2002 and 2006. Depending on the transitional rules they contain, all of them could still apply. As stated above [point (17)], all final decisions on immunity or leniency applications (accepting or denying such applications) are reserved to the College. On the contrary, for the preliminary steps provided for in the 2002 and 2007 Leniency Notices, a set of empowerment decisions has been adopted.
