As explained above, all questions asked during the interview must relate to the subject matter of an investigation.

Taking into account that the interviewee is not obliged to actively cooperate with the Commission and that no sanctions can be imposed in case of non-cooperation, in interviews it is permitted to ask self-incriminatory questions.
